Hi all
we are currently carrying out works involving tower access with spandex boards combined
our contractor has the towers inspected on a daily basis this is indicated on a scafftag
Also assembled by competent persons who are a external source and within a 5 mile radius if the need arises to re-inspect following on from inclement weather conditions etc
the towers are not up any longer than a day due to the surrounding neighbourhood potential for theft etc
do the towers also require handover certificates?

In answer to your question - Yes
As you will be re-asembling on a daily basis, they will require signing off from the competent person constructing these scaffolds on a daily basis.
