Quick question:

Would you consider a 5000 ltr storage container of propane on an industrial site to come under DSEAR?

All thoughts welcome...

Best regards

All dangerous substances are covered by DSEAR.
The regulations are summarised on the HSE website http://www.hse.gov.uk/fireandexplosion/dsear.htm

Yes, no doubt about it.

A quick read of an MSDS/Google search will inform you of the physio-chemical properties of propane

You will also need to done a full zoning/area classifcation study, as well.

More info if you want it.
