Morning all.
Just a "fag packet" calculation, how many hours did it take to complete the NVQ 5?
Thanks
Andy

Far, far less than level 4- if you've got a good Centre who know that you are intending to progress.

The NVQ 5 has less modules, so it should be a lot easier to complete, 4 months on average, I completed my NVQ 4 in 6 months

Hi Alan.
Roughly how many hours was this a week- I am looking to get my boss to let me have study time at work, and there is the time I can put in at home as well.
Thanks

Hi folks
On the QCF it states the following GLH (guided learning hours)
Unit 1- 18
Unit 2- 26
Unit 3- 35
Unit 4- 18
Unit 5- 32
Unit 6- 26
Unit 7- 17
Unit 8- 21
Unit 9- 22
However, it is expected by the provider that most of these learning hours are in the workplace creating the evidence through your normal job role. It will only be the admin time for filing of evidence that you will need off from work.
Regards
Linda
