Does anyone know of any specific Regulations that cover high risk activities in drydocks, or would it be covered by the Docks Regulations 1988 and other regulations pertaining to specific activities? Cheers

I believe the ship building and ship repair regulations are still valid. These cover specific details for dry docks too, including access egress, staging, fencing etc.. http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/1960/1932/made But the specific legislation pertinent to your task may be more useful, depends what your looking for really.
