As part of my NVQ5 I have been asked to do an assignment on COMAH with regards to what type of premises/organisations to which COMAH will apply, in what circumstances could a company come under the provisions of COMAH by the use of LPG and provide a precis to explain what the main purpose of COMAH is and how consultation should take place. Any help and information on where I could find any relevent information would be most helpful.
