Looking for a general e-learning course that addresses typical construction related issues (though not NEBOSH level). Ideally one available by licence and the employees can access at their own time. Any suggestions?

Should have said that the course should be at a suitable level for gas and electrical engineers. Don't think that the Working Safely course is sutiable but thank you for your suggestion.

Definitely NOT 'Working Safely' - I wouldn't pain Primary 3 kids with that trivial nonsense.
Suggest you contact CITB for relevant materials (good website too) and look for local/regional training providers.
