Does anybody know of a website where I can find details of Food Safety Act prosecutions ( similar to the HSE prosecutions website).
Thank you in anticipation

Food safety prosecutions tend to be local due to the fact they are carried out be local council environment health departments so i would suggest checking out local council web sites. Some councils do news letters with latest prosecutions which is what east riding council does

^ is the equivelent of SHP. Environmental Health News is published every month and includes a section on recent presuctions (Food Safety being a key area).
1 snag, you need to be a memebr of CIEH to access the site and I'm not sure how much affiliate memebership is. But I'd guess this would be the easiest way to find cases, as trawlingt hrough independant local authority websites etc would be way too time consuming.
I'm sure there are other websites as an alternative, someone else may be able to help :)

Decimonal
if you have a look on the homepage of the Food Standards Agency then type in prosecutions in the search bar, you will find some there.
cheers
