Does anybody have any knowledge of Portugese H&S requirements? Obviously the EU-derived stuff is going to be broadly in line with what we have, but I'd like to know if there are any additional bits and bobs that mustn't be overlooked. For example, I have heard that there is a requirement similar to Spain whereby a company must employer another (government approved) body to carry out risk assessments etc - is this correct?
