Speaking as someone who has just left the trade full time to move into the H&S arena full time via the cert' and Diploma- I'm struggling a little with that request on a fundemental basis. I've asked for help on things in this forum where i feel i'm still inept. But if your company partakes in scaffolding or is a scaffolding company outright. How could you not not create generic RA/MS for induction purposes before moving onto to job specific pending on the nature of your business , ie target market. Please don't misunderstand this for being unnecessarily difficult but i'm getting the " knowing your own competence", as part of your competence, drilled into me as a management aspect of the diploma. I'll be glad to help after that - D

Might I suggest collecting all old RAM's for past jobs, and any comments on them from the PC/ Client, then ask the guys themselves, the majority of scaffolders I've worked with in the past are really delighted to be included in such a process and had a big input into the final format. Play around with your current format on work, otherwise it could make a lot more work than you had planned

Notice not much action on here Kelvin, again i have the documents in many forms which have all stood up to scrutiny by the trade body in Audit and countless PC inspections etc. If you want to chat you can PM me.
