Rank: New forum user		I'm sure I already know the answer to this! An employee got out of his car and slipped on ice in the car park, breaking his arm. RIDDOR?

Rank: Forum user		If the car park is in part of the premises that the employer is in control of I would say yes. In the good old days when you could call the helpline I had a similar call where the employee slipped in car park adjacent to our building but not under our control and this was not reportable for that reason. It was reported by the person in control as they sent me a copy of RIDDOR report

Rank: Super forum user		You don't have to actually work in the car park, for the accident to be "at or in connection with work" !!! I would report this as a major.
