Hi there,
Does anyone have a good excel management plan / tracker that they would be kind enough to share with me. Clearly I'm not interested in content but would be keen to see if someone has developed a good format.
I would greatly appreciate your help.

We have just produced a strategic H&S plan to decide what we are going to be doing for the next year or so and a H&S risk register to prioritise what we are doing. Both are still in development. I would warn you that when we (the H&S team) came up with these documents they were simple and straightforward. The management (non-H&S mainly accountants and pen-pushers) got involved in it and they have been tweaking it, making it fit their perceptions about what management information should look like. They are now rather difficult to use and to maintain.
