Hi Guys/Gals I have run a search on the searchengine for this forum and have come up fruitless. Can any one give me the correct formula to work out the: 1. Disabling injury frequency rate (DIFR) 2. All Accident frequency rate (AAFR) Many thanks in advnace.

This is from the HSE http://www.hse.gov.uk/statistics/ It says you can cut and paste and use tables etc. I noted a simple formula from I think it was ANSI or some USA system (I currently have time on my hands)

I require the formula to work out my companies statistics. I may be being a bit stupid here but your link does not seem to take me to the formulas I require.
