Hi there, Can anyone recommend a good website that could summarise UK prosecutions under COSHH? I've had a look at the HSE website, but I'm struggling to search against a particular piece of legislation. Any guidance or direction would be gratefully received. Kind regards, Andrea

Aren't prosecutions for legionella exposure done under COSHH? There's a few cases of them kicking around. I don't know of a specific database that lists prosecutions brought about under COSHH, I can't see in whose interest it would be to create one?

Please use HSE Public Register of Convictions and Notices i.e. databases at:- http://www.hse.gov.uk/prosecutions/ http://www.hse.gov.uk/notices/ You can narrow the search by regulation, i.e. COSHH or even up to regulation number abd sub-parts an so on!

Andrea www.hse.gov.uk/prosecutions then for last 5 years - "search" button or for older ones - half way down the page - "Prosecutions history database" - won't include older cases against individuals which would be "spent" then for older "Advance search" button then in each case scroll down to "Breaches" then select Regulation then select COSHH 2002 and press GO or in older COSHH 2002 then AND then series of older COSHH until you've got them all GO

Dear All, Thank you for your responses - they have been a great help. I think it must have been a case of 'operator error' when it came to the HSE Prosecutions database. Kind regards, Dudz
