First step is to be clear in your own mind what you want to do, and why. Things to think about include: > Don't overlook the fact that priority number one has to be health risk management, rather than some form of after-the-fact monitoring. > Whoever is doing the "surveillance" must be competent to do so - & it's therefore reasonable to assume that they will work with you / inform you about record keeping. > Your question suggests that you may be using the term "health surveillance" without actually knowing what is meant - both formally and informally - by it.
