My organisation needs to improve the management of our Grey Fleet, but to have a Global cover. So the system needs to be able to handle different country requirements. I would be grateful if you have any experience, or solutions you use, if you could please PM me or discuss below. I thank you in advance,

Helen Depends on your major operating centres...as to who takes the lead...if it is US/Asia base then they lean heavily toward Smith system et al..if it is a UK lead the same principles apply but more risk focused through programs like IAM. Fundamentally they are all the same it is just different badges.. Used to cover Global transport and still have contacts in US and Asia. If you want PM me. It isn't an easy process as wording is key and in some places it depends on the colour of your passport to whether you get a hearing or not...
