Hello Does anyone remember the two unfortunate guys who died in a large bakery in England when one of the ovens broke down and after sometime these poor guys went into fix the oven but unfortunately died as result. I read and kept the article and also seen a interview by one of the deceased parents on a local TV station but in my wisdom I have lost the article and cant remember which TV station the interview was shown.
I am looking for this article / incident as part of a safety talk on what does happen when no back up is in place and when management make the wrong decisions.
Thanks for any help.

TD
Over the years there have been fair few fatalities in ovens in plant bakeries, often involving getting caught by moving parts e.g. in proving ovens and cooling ovens.
