I've googled it but have come back several versions some seeming to be with the latest updates dated year 2000 and not in the last couple of years but is this the latest document when there are other dated 2006 but with info missing. confused Badger

Thanks Carol I have a slightly later 2006 document but containing section 14 where your link does not. Also have a L226 document dated 6.9.2000 which contains an even larger scope on section 14! So have parts been deleted /amend or what? And still the same question where can I find a difinitive 2012 version List of Wastes please. Badger

Thanks Andy, The source you found is short on section 14 like Carol's whereas at http://eur-lex.europa.eu...000:226:0003:0024:EN:PDF section 14 has more information on section 14 but is dated 6.9.2000 compared against a later date of yours 2005. Any thoughts anyone? Badger

http://www.environment-a...nts/GEHO1105BJVS-e-e.pdf Barry - I assume you also have this link? It has a short S14 but same as EA and SEPA links...I use this supported by the regs link you have...

Thanks Steve Sounds like you're doing as I have done. I've had a PM where a thought as to the latest is: I think 2006 is the latest, Section 14 is smaller since it looks as if most it is now in Section 07 If this is the case I wish they would remove ALL previous issues so the waters are not muddied! Barrie If it's the definitive list of EWC codes you are looking for, try Technical Guidance WM2 on the EA website (or SEPA or NIEA.) The most recent version is April 2011 Good luck, Di
