Hi All
I currently work for a large construction company who's core activities are building and civil engineering with a facilities management division.
I have been tasked with developing a Facilities Management H&S Manual/Systems/Procedures/Risk Assessment etc the main activities of the FM department are:-
Reactive and planned maintance to major retailers and "Man and Van" type work
My question therefore is does any of my distinguised and expert H&S Colleagues have anything that may help me along the way. i.e. Templates/Manuals/RAMS/CoSHH assessments etc
All information will be extremely helpful. Bit of a tight deadline on this one before EASTER
Regards
R

Easter 2014 presumably! First considerations are the relevance and availability of this information to your people out in the field. Web-enabled systems and access via portable devices for the man in the van perhaps?
There are specialist companies out there of course who can pull all this together for you (e.g. armtecmedia - other companies are available).
If your deadline really is THIS Easter, I can only suggest you order in a batch of shiny new ring binders, stick some convincing labels on the spines, display them on a shelf and hope no-one ever chances to look at them. In that context, the higher the shelf, the better.

Ron Thanks for your reply
I would love it to be Easter 2014, however it really is Easter this year. I should of mentioned that this has been rolling on since November 2010 however due to me being posted on sites on several occasions this has project has been shelved on several occasions. I did compile a H&S Manual for FM operatives back in Jan 2011 however was a rushed job and now want to complete and reissue.
As i previously stated any ideas/input would be very useful
