Hi Kofi, Sounds like a tall job. Taking into account all the protected grounds that are present; maternity, sex, sexual orientation, race, religion, gender reassignment and a whole host of other differing facets that make up society today. Perhaps a major difference to the workplace that should be looked at is cultural and religious differences and perhaps the rites of certain customs that may impact on work. A practising Muslim will pray five times a day for example; perhaps it's not feasible for this to happen in the workplace. You can work out risk assessments for all eventualities but you'll spend a long time doing it and no guarantee that you'll cover everything. I'd say the best way to tackle this is to see what you've got and work from there. Good luck, Craig
