Who isn't blaming H&S for all of today's issues? The National Trust has issues a report on children not getting to play and engage with nature...guess what? According to the Telegraph: The report blamed the "health and safety" culture for discouraging children from playing outdoors.

April Fools :- Possibly, but it is so hard to tell nowadays. Nonetheless is has not helped the perception of H&S.

The Punch & Judy man seems to understand where the problem really lies. Could IOSH contact him with the view of sponsorship / joint statements Looks like potentially the best publicity since the conker championships to me
