Who isn't blaming H&S for all of today's issues?
The National Trust has issues a report on children not getting to play and engage with nature...guess what? According to the Telegraph:
The report blamed the "health and safety" culture for discouraging children from playing outdoors.

Given the dates of the above reports could they be April Fools? (in more ways that one)

April Fools :- Possibly, but it is so hard to tell nowadays. Nonetheless is has not helped the perception of H&S.

The Punch & Judy man seems to understand where the problem really lies.
Could IOSH contact him with the view of sponsorship / joint statements
Looks like potentially the best publicity since the conker championships to me
