Hi Smurf
Given the pressure HSE is exerting to get reports done on line, suspect soft copy may be slow in coming.
HSE have updated L73 to anticipate Friday's amendments.

My understanding is that reporting is either online or by phone for majors/fatals. Happy to be wrong though. I have the MS Word template somewhere but don't belive this is editable. I actually prefer the online reporting system myself.

So do I but I've got over 200 sites and counting and they're increasingly not being given external internet access. Not mention them trading long before 08:30, long after 17:00 and Saturdays an Sundays as well.
Traditionally we'd get the site manager to submit and copy us in for our records. Its looking increasingly like all reporting is going to have to be done through my team (although it should be a rare occurrence).

Only three of us and one of those is a 3PC and won't be fielding the calls.

Just out of curiousity, what does 3PC stand for?
