Not sure how "audit" principles would be applied. Otherwise, I suggest BS 6187 as a useful reference.

Structural survey. Services survey. Access/egress survey. Consider any falseworks required. Consider environmental aspects and waste recovery/removal. Prepare RA for the works then from those prepare a demolition Method statement/plan as per Reg 29 CDM 2007 and BS6187:2011 code of practise for full and partial demo

Risky, I am confused. Is this CDM pre-construction information or is this specific survey information which you are looking for?

that would be your pre demo structural survey then! Have a look,find out what you have got, organise a plan to deal with any issues raised.
