The Office of Government Commerce (OGC) has been wound up. I am not aware of the status of the Achieving Excellence in Construction, Procurement Guide 10, H&S. (Don’t worry I just work for the government!). But I have been told that something called the Government Property Unit is taking over some of this responsibility.

Thanks for that - since found out Cabinet Office/Government Construction Strategy/Common Minimum Standards for procurement of the built environments in the public sector. Seems all good stuff in above has been ditched and H&S requirements minimalised. Link below if you're interested. http://www.cabinetoffice...on_Minimum_Standards.pdf
