After a hard week with a lot of travelling about (even a HSE visit which went well) got settled for the weekend only to get a letter from the TAX man. Phone call later having been told most of it will be estimated I will be very short on the next couple of months. After all my hard work and dedication I’m wondering how I’m going to pay the bills. I moved into health and safety and beginning to think this was not the best decision I ever made, OK I didn’t think I would be rolling in money but at least being able to have a life would be acceptable. How to keep focused is a concern as I need to be! All those people making the move into health and safety be careful and don’t sell yourself short (I think I did and now paying the price).
