Hi I currently have the Construction Skills Register (CSR) Card obtained in Northern Ireland, at the minute i am looking to send staff at my current job (which is based in Northern Ireland) for the CSCS Card. Now, would i be best putting myself forward for the CSCS card, as my CSR is for an 'Affilated' member, or would this card be fine for me doing site visits etc?

Hi ya, If your card is in date, then no, CSR is an affiliated card scheme with CSCS, and is to the same standard. SO if your employees have the CSR card then I wouldnt bother putting them through CSCS as its £47.50 per person. Note, if you are coming to work in the UK, check with the Client or other person in charge with the job.
