World accident/injury/fatality statistics

I guess we are all familiar with the HSE's statistics reports presenting various accident, injury, fatality and related statistics. I'm aware that some basic comparisons are made with European indicators in the HSE's reports but I need more. I work with people from many different countries and I have been asked to put together some worldwide statistics. Has anyone seen such data gathered together in one place or one report? Ideally I need something that I can download, as I need to generate a presentation within the week! Many thanks in advance everyone.

Mick - this is one topic that is currently under discussion in the Center for Safety and Health Sustainability (CSHS) and the development of new performance measurements in the project we are involved with. I think you are ok to say ' there is no common system'! Steve
