Hi, I recently finished University for the summer, while studying for an MSc in Safety, Health and Environmental management, which I am due to finish in February 2013. I have an undergraduate honours degree in Civil engineering, and although I would like to gain experience within construction, preferably Construction (Design and Management) Regulations, I am extremely flexible and keen to gain any exposure in regard to all aspects and requirements of health and safety within any industry. I am available till 1st October in the South Wales area, and because I’m a student living in Wales, I’m able to draw funding from the GO wales scheme which part funds the placement up to £950. If anyone can offer advice or knows of any employers or placements within the field of H&S it would be most appreciated. Many thanks John
