Advice required Can any one advise On current legal requirement as to medicals for night shift workers is there a requirement to carry out a physical medical examination either as a company or at the request of an employee

The Working Time Regulations refer. Night shift workers are entitled to health assessment (not perhaps strictly a "medical/clinical examination". My understanding here is that the employee is not obliged to attend for assessment, merely that the entitlement exists and the employer must provide accordingly - but I stand to be corrected here.
