I am trying to find examples of electrical accidents in the office environment such as damaged cables causing electric shock or overloaded sockets causing fire. I recall discussing some many years ago when I did my H&S diploma but I am struggling to find any examples on the web using various search terms. I want specific examples that I can refer to in an internal safety awareness article I am writing. Any help appreciated.
