Hi everyone I have an up and coming interview where I have to give a presentation max time 15 Min's on 1.Health & Safety – how to get the best results? 2.Behavioural safety - your thoughts and what’s next so , I have some t ideas but any help would be very helpfull thanks chris

Chris Late response but here goes... 1. Be honest, firm but fair with your workforce. Don't assume that the way things are done is always the right way - look outside the box. Consult with the workforce to seek solutions to issues - they are the experts. 2. BS is part of the process needed to maintain and improve safety. Unsafe acts should not be seen as the panacea for safe working, unsafe conditions are equally as important. BS should be applied to everyone in the organisation - not just those working at the coal face.
