Could you not just refer to the L8 HSE Guidance document and draft a Risk Assessment from that?

What about employing a consultant from the legionella control association, to risk assess your properties. I did that, they produced the risk assessment, recomendations and helped set up the log book and maintainence regime. We now have a good monitoring regime in place. Tony
