Hi, does anyone know of where or who is a good provider of awareness courses dealing with stress in the workplace, including assessements etc? We have a high level of work related stress absences but currently nothing in place other than occupational health referral. Any helpful suggestions will be welcomed. Thanks

The HSE have some good stuff and I believe that there is a link to 'Health for Work Adviceline' (Eng) or Healthy Working Lives (Scotland) for online assessments, adviceline numbers and such like. It might be a good place to get some resources and info. I have an HR consultant who taps into CIPD assistance - that could be another route..?

Your best bet is to consult a charter psychologist, who is also a chartered member of IOSH and reigstered as an occupational psychologist with the statutory register of psychologists, the Health Professions Council.
