Hi all, Does anybody know anything about racking, and in particular the frequency of its inspection and the competence of those undertaking the inspections and installation. I am thinking along the lines of CDM and PUWER but then wasn't sure on the specifics relating to racking/shelving. Its a new racking business venture that I am looking to invest in and I want to ensure that its right. Thanks Sarah

Do a search for HSG76 Warehousing and Storage. Open the document, and scroll down to the section 'Racking inspection and maintenance'. This should shed a little more light on the requirements.
