Has anyone had to provide a site checklist for their staff when they visit domestic and commerical properties. I am helping to develop and tablet version for our staff, who have limited H&S safety training, something i'm working on. So as it is not their prime role, i need them to be able to identify the hazards, most of which have been put on the system and they just have to say they are present, hopefully by ticking the box, this will then ask them to to record the control measures, and examples of these have been added to the system. My question is does anyone have a site risk assessment that they would let me check againist the one i have so ensure i have covered everthing, if that possible? any help will be very much appricated James

Might help to know the nature of the work your people undertake and the typical hazards you are concerned with?

I believe that RICS produce a document "Surveying Safely" which has good information.
