Depending on how much you want to spend - search on the internet for "Newcomers at Work" - it is an excellent DVD & supporting material and we have used it for many years.

I suggest that if you have the time that you write your own induction. You will know exactly what you want them to know and how your company operates.

I find it more benificial to create your own Induction Powerpoint/Video for your specific company as it becomes more personel to the employee showing them your commitment towards their Health & Safety and not just an "off the shelf" DVD. You can also update it to show any trends of incidents within the company and show them historical information where they can hear about "lessons learned" from past problems Just my thoughts
