A question on an application form reads explain how you have 2 years experience in implementing and developing H&S Systems.

What would you expect to see in this answer?

There is a separate question on ISO 18001 so I assume that it is refering to internal procedures etc. I am going to concentrate on implementation and development of H&S Policies and procedures, measuring, monitoring and reporting of results etc. Can you think of anything I would be missing here?

As I see it there are two different questions in the one question. For instance, 'implementing H&S systems' would be ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company procedures. This could be achieved by inspections, audits, investigation reports, meetings, training, advice and so on. However 'developing H&S systems' is another matter and is concerned with writing, amending or assisting with the production of company policies and procedures, which may involve a modicum of research and consultation with staff of all grades.
