I hope you are not washing your hands of us, as you have just discovered this is a futile thing to do anyway.

Zimmy, the one thing you will learn in this job is that you have to have both a broad back and a thick skin. There are few 'black and white' answers and the nature of the job and this forum is that we will all tend to have our own opinions that may differ from others.
Now, stop messing about and get tapping on the keys!

Zimmy - you expect people to care? You're in health and safety. You're that Mr. Youcantdoitthatway. I gave up long ago on expecting people to care. It is a nice surprise when some do appreciate what you are trying to do for them, but I don't expect it. Given my specialist interest I have also got used to having to tell people that what they thought was right was actually wrong! I always try to do this gently and politely, but sometimes, to get the right response, you have to be more assertive. That is when you need the thick skin and broad shoulders. And you have to accept that, people being people, you cannot always win. Doesn't stop me keeping trying, however.

Zimmy I Care!
While you are at home with your poorly toe why don't you see if you are eligible to join Team GB, I have heard there's a space on the wheelchair basketball team!

If I could just kick sean I would. I tried a sort of hopping flying kick but forgot to RA the impossibility of kicking someone with only one working leg and the probability of landing on my bottom, in pain and more to the point missing my target. Not a pretty sight :-)

Glad to see you've not left Zimmy.
However I have to be a party pooper as this topic falls foul of FR 1. We we're going to let it lie, but as it has been resurrected I will have to lock it.
Regards
