Just about to start on a new civils project and have been reading the clients requirements. They have stipulated that they wand such and such model of cooker, complete with all pots, pans, and implements to enable them to cook a full meal from raw ingredients. I have only ever had canteens, (Kettle, toaster, microwave) or a full independently run kitchen. I'm thinking that what the client wants comes under a kitchen and not a canteen. I'm already thinking food hygiene certs for all their staff, separate chopping boards. To be honest not really sure what is required. So can some one with more knowledge help out. Thanks in advance. Regards.

Does the client want such kit etc. for: 1: Themselves after the CDM work has finished? 2: For the CDM staff as the CDM work is progressing before the client takes the building over? as the two areas are completely different and any answer needs to know what the question is

It is for on site for use in the site offices for preparing lunch for the clients site based staff. Probably with a view to being taken home at the end of the contract.

Might be worth considering Project Hire of a turnkey Mobile Kitchen? (UK Hire companies are out there)
