Is there any professional body there in Canada equivalent to IOSH in the UK?

Which professional accreditation are required to work as H&S Professional there in CANADA?

Is there something equivalent to CDM-C there?

Any help would be really appreciated.

Check out the Canadian Society of Safety Engineering - www.csse.org and

Board of Canadian Registered Safety Professionals - www.bcrsp.ca

Don't think there's an equivalent to CDM-C

You could ask the question at Linkedin EHSQ Elite [#1 IN SAFETY] Group - several Canadian members on this Group.

Looked into it once as I was drawn by the lure of a beautiful country. I'm sure I remember seeing that our quals aren't transferrable out there.

....on and they get a pitiful amount of holiday there too. 10 days in the average starting :-(
