We have a contract coming up soon in Holland. Does anyone have any experience / advice of Holland? We have done work there before, (before my time though) and the process was just "we just kind of got on with it, same as we do here." Which is all well and good but I'm looking for any potential pitfalls on this one. (Construction / Engineering - High voltage working) Thanks!

Hi there I used to look after a big manufacturing plant, part of our European organisation. The main legislation is The Working Conditions Act and The Working Conditions Decree. Essentially these implement the requirements of the EU framework directive. If you just adopt good practise as you would in the UK you wont go far wrong, there are a few nuances but nothing significant. Link below will get you what you need. http://osha.europa.eu/fo...n/legislation/index_html Enjoy Holland, lovely place, lovely people.
