Hello I am looking to source a stress management course for first and second line managers and also a session for Executives on organisational behaviours and cultures and the effect on stress. Does anyone know of a company that may provide this for us? Thank you in advance

As both 'stress' and 'culture' are relatively elusive areas of intervention, it occurs to me that you may find it useful to use 'intervention mapping' (IM) as a strategy that gets the best possible return on time and money. Developed from a self-management progamme at Stanford University, this approach to 'empowerment' amongst employees was refined in the Netherlands. IM can be used to convert the HSE 'Stress Management Standards' into a six-step programme that is both 'cultural' and operational as well as open to self-customisation. Just PM if you'd like more information
