Hi, Does anyone know where I can get a template for the documentation used in small load exemptions that are below the threshold for ADR? Thanks

The small load exemption I am assuming is 1.1.3.6 in ADR. lisareed. Can you please elaborate at to what you mean? Thanks Andy

Limited quantites and small loads? Where I have to have staff hazard awarness trained but not ADR and carry 2kg extinguisher. sorry if this is not clearer?

You will need to go to ADR Chapter 1.1.3 specificaloly the table 1.1.3.6.3 Be aware there are derogations within the UK which will allow different amounts for Class 1 (Explosives), so for Transport Category 1 insert 50 for Transport Category insert 500. You can go to http://www.unece.org/trans/danger/danger.html to get the information you require
