Is anyone aware of an ACOP / guidance available for cab protection when using a Fuchs 360 with a grab attachment for materials handling.

suggest legislation is PUWER - and you are looking at FOPS and similar to demo cage on 360 or that used on bears etc in forestry - be careful if decision is made to go for local fabrication - normally the result is very robust but significant impact on site line for driver whihc may not be very clever

I would definitely contact the Forklift Truck Association-they will undoubtedly have guidance information and give best practice advice. Some of my clients are members (may be a charge though not sure), but trade specific association's are always a good bet for technical advice (also manufacturer's may be able to assist) where legislation does not lay down such specific guidance.
