Ideas or proven examples please??? I am currently scoping a piece of work that will involve some key behavioural messages, self checking exercises and learning points about looking after yourself and others when at work, focusing on cleaners, their cleaning cupboard and contents, COSHH, electrical cleaning equipment, task e.g. Manual handling etc I welcome suggestions on how to deliver positive messages to our employees (a diverse and remote workforce) and clients that this process is to confirm that our standards are being met and is simply evidencing and reiterating the need for the basics to be in place at all times.
