MSDS & COSHH - Robust Filing or Folder System

Hi There,
Has anyone got any useful solutions or systems for storing MSDS and COSHH assessments in what can be damp or wet and dirty locations. Say for instance in external stores that may have small amounts of chemicals in storage or use. I'm finding that printing off paper copies of these don't last very long, get dirty or fade with exposure to the elements. Same with some vehicles we have that have tools and some chemicals stored in the back of them and the infomation can get thrown to the side. I'm looking for some form of compact, protective file that will make it easy to store use and not get in the way of the workers but still be visible and likely to be used for reference in occasion!!!!

What about laminating them?
Laminators can be pretty cheap these days.

Many coloured inks will fade, but I have found black laser printed stuff does keep its colour.
In practice I have found lamination to be very effective out of doors.

You can buy a more robust form of paper that doesn't need to be laminated, saves time and money. Laser ink is pretty robust as mentioned above, you just need to get something a bit better than 80gsm copy paper.
