Kind of..
My company is currently looking at renting a warehouse nearby. It an unoccupied site with no other employees working on it. Our employees will be required to travel down to the warehouse and use the 2nd company's FLT to load/unload a vehicle from the warehouse. This is a new situation for me and I dont want to miss anything.
So far I've identified:
The requirements for LOLER records and service records for the FLT
EL and Occupiers insurance arrangements
Lone working arrangements if the operative is to work alone
Site familarisation for the workers on the new site including fire arrangements
How they're actually going to get to the warehouse and are the covered by our EL insurance in doing so and working on the other site.
Risk assessment for all aspects
I havent visited the premises yet so more may be presented when I do but can anyone throw more at me please?

Some other things to consider would be; competence of FLT operators and traffic management plan/arrangements.
Any shared use of the FLT between different company's could be difficult and raise liabilty concerns if there was an incident. If the operator rolled it and the ROPs failed and he was seriously injured or worse or the hydraulics failed and a load came down causing damage. Who would be responsible?
Who pays for maintenance, fuel and damage etc?
I think you need to discuss this with your insurers as if one of your employees caused damage or an accident operating the FLT I am sure the other company's insurer may try and offload it to your insurers
