The company I work for has recently carried out decommissioning works, during the courseof this work they have some generators which they intend to sell on. My question is; is it acceptable to sell these on as "sold as seen" statement or wether there would implications after sale if they were found to be faulty/unsafe ?.

From what we do it is acceptable to sell on equipment that is not 100% as long as you explaining EXACTLY what is wrong with it. Saying ‘sold as seen’ is not good enough.
