Hello All,
I work for a manufacturing company and I am looking to encourage and promote middle management through in-house developed training. I am thinking either by developing a presentation and using slides as a talking point 'or' just doing it 'off the cuff', mobiles off and lets talk health and safety for an hour. Would anybody out there please be able to help me with two things:
1. A training presentation on managers responsibilities that they could send to me
2. Some really good case law whereby mangers were not 'managing safety' and therefore accountable when an accident has taken place.
