Frank,
I don't think that you will have much success with this one. The topic is vast: pneumatic & hydraulic & electric & air driven power tools. Then there's the workplace: building site; vehicle workshop: engineering workshop: motor vehicle repair: hospital; fire service: cemeteries etc. And that's before you even begin to look at the type of power tool: cutting, drilling, grinding, polishing extracting etc.

I suggest that you would be best preparing your own presentation based around you company's individual circumstances and equipment.

There will probably be the usual topics: selection of appropriate equipment: preparation and checks before use: Manufacturers instructions: training: limitations / restrictions on use: guarding: safety devices:dangerous atmospheres: maintenance and recognising & reporting defects: PPE: statutory and other record keeping etc.

All hire companies issue operating and safety instructions with their tools. Some of them can be downloaded from their web sites
