Yes good link MEden380.

I found the other ones interesting too, especially :Hadlow v Peterborough City Council October 2011 EWCA Civ 1329 (page 15). There are often discussions on whether or not someone is working / connected to work, when just walking from point A to point B in a workplace. This offers an interesting slant.

Also, the last case on the list, Uren, is being reheard sometime over the next few days or so. The original expert witness that the original trial judge gave more credence to, rather than the opposing expert witnesses, is the professor of the department where I am doing a course.

As I find out anything more I will post. The new lawyer for the prosecution is a really really big hitter, just back from the Hague as deputy senior prosecutor for cases involving alleged war criminals.

Will post when I find out more.
